Dags att presentera nästa föreläsare till vårt Flygsäkerhetsseminarium på Arlanda den 24-25 mars! Hon heter Ann Maes och är Human Performance trainer och coach på Eurocontrol. <br>

  • Berätta lite om dig själv och din bakgrund!

I am a psychologist with 14 years of service with the Belgian Defense. I have worked as a selection psychologist, specializing in military pilots and air traffic controllers and later as a human performance specialist.

My expertise in human performance in aviation led to a consultant role at Skeyes for 3 years, where I leveraged my knowledge of performance at an ANSP. <br>

  • Vad arbetar du med nu?

I work as a human performance trainer and coach at EUROCONTROL – MUAC. My work focuses on improving performance in both the demanding training and the operational air traffic control environment, by offering human performance training and 1-on-1 mental coaching. I also play an active role in HR, specifically in providing support to ATCO selection and trying to improve <br>

  • Vad kommer du att prata om på seminariet?

I will share my thoughts about my work defining an ATCO-student profile for selection as a consultant for ACR, and what I think is likely to happen with the ATCO-student profile in the future.
